She has years of experience creating menus and executing small events as well as a decade or two working in bars and restaurants.

She focuses on high quality, locally sourced ingredients and is happy to share a list of her suppliers upon request. She prepares food with skill and expert technique, allowing the flavors of the incredible ingredients to shine. 

Choose from family-style service with options such as fire-grilled meats & proteins, various salads and sides using local fresh produce, cheese & charcuterie boards, pickles, crudite, housemade dips and other appetizers.

Or get down and dirty with her famous handmade backyard burgers, Rupert's Meats 1/4 lb all beef hot dogs, scratch-made condiments, toppings, and all the snacks your heart desires.

Does your event roll over to the next morning?

No problem!

Breakfasts that she offers are buffet-style classics with items such as eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, grilled toast, fruit, yogurt, etc. Or keep it simple with coffee and pastries.

She can customize to your preferences and dietary restrictions.
